Miki Zlatanov Consulting (“HeyMiki“, "us", "we", or "our") operates the HeyMiki mobile application (hereinafter referred to as the "Service").

"Service” is the HeyMiki mobile application operated by HeyMiki

All the marketing materials that we send to you contain unsubscribe links.

As part of our Service, geo-location data may be collected (which determines your current location) to provide location-related Service functionality. You may stop sharing your location data by adjusting your mobile device settings. For instructions on changing the relevant settings, please contact your services provider or device manufacturer.

Your Personal Data will not be kept longer than is necessary to fulfil the specific purposes set out in this Privacy Policy, and to allow us to comply with our legal requirements. Any data we will hold onto will be anonymous. Any personally identifiable information such as your name, address, date of birth and telephone number will be deleted after you have unsubscribed from using our Service. The rest of the data is therefore anonymous and will be used to analyze general market trends without any personally identifiable information.

The security of your Personal Information is important to us and we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your Personal Information. We cannot guarantee its absolute security of your data though, since no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure.

This Privacy Policy may change from from time to time. The latest effective date will be highlighted at the top of the Policy.

We update this Policy when necessary to reflect customer feedback, changes in the Service or legal changes. When we post changes to this Policy, we will revise the ‘effective date’ at the top of the Policy and describe the changes in the change history page.

If there are any material changes to the Privacy Policy, we will notify you either by prominently posting notice of such changes before they take effect or by directly sending you a notification. You are encouraged to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes.
